Greetings to all who are affiliated with Project IMPACT. I'm serving as the external evaluator in this dynamic project aimed creating a lattice and a ladder of opportunities in the expanding world of manufacturing in Nebraska. This is just a short introduction and an invitation to learn about evaluation and to learn about Project IMPACT as it develops. It is also an opportunity to contribute to the learning by adding your ideas and insights into the work that is being undertaken.
This blog will be one of many methodologies to analyze Project IMPACT.
